The regal Kawela set, made of eucalyptus wood with a white wash is an absolute mood creator in your garden or under your veranda. With its thick cushions the Kawela set is exceptionally comfortable and its shapely design allows it to fit into any garden setting.
The lounge set consists of five parts: a two-seater sofa, two lounge chairs and two coffee tables. The Kawela set is made of eucalyptus wood. Eucalyptus wood is a hardwood species characterised by its coarse grain. The eucalyptus wood in the Garden Impressions collection has a white wash finish. This wood also requires maintenance. We recommend treating this material twice a year with a hardwood oil with a white wash finish. This will best preserve the original colour of the garden furniture.
The salontables are finished with a beautiful terrazzo tabletop. A terrazzo tabletop is a natural stone-like product. This tabletop has a unique finish because it is made of a combination of pieces of marble and concrete. The tabletop is finished with a coating which creates a smooth surface. This material is extremely strong and easy to maintain as no liquid can soak into it. You can clean a terrazzo tabletop with a mild detergent and lukewarm water. Do not use acidic or strong detergents as these can damage the top layer.
It is also not advisable to place hot objects on the table top as marble may discolour in case of large temperature differences.
The thick, comfortable lounge cushions are made of water-repellent polyester. This material is very soft and has the property that a few drops are easily shaken off the cushion. If it rains longer we recommend storing the cushions in a warm, dry place.
The dimensions of the Kawela set are as follows: the two-seater sofa measures 187 x 90 x H65 cm, the lounge chairs measure 90 x 92 x H65 cm, the large coffee table has a diameter of 100 cm x H40 cm and the small coffee table has a diameter of 50 cm x H53 cm.
