This is because the set is made of aluminum. This material is protected by a layer of powder coating, which is scratch-resistant. You can easily clean it with lukewarm soapy water and a soft cloth. The bar chairs feature texfiber, which is an all-weather material. This means that rainwater can easily flow through the fabric and thus the fabric is dry again very quickly.
